Lessons
I am passionate about teaching saxophone and bringing music into my students' lives. I try to make sure my lessons are fun, productive, and most of all inspiring. I genuinely want to help you reach your musical goals be it:-
- Learning how to improvise!
- Passing graded exams
- Playing solo
- Playing with other people/amateur bands
- Becoming a professional musician
Qualifications
As well as over 10 years leading and playing in professional bands, my formal qualifications are:-
- BTech Level 3 Diploma in Jazz (passed with highest possible grade)
- ABRSM Jazz Grade 5 (the highest jazz grade they do) passed with Distinction.
- ABRSM General Grade 5 passed with Distinction.
In other words, if passing grades is your goal, I know how to get you there in style.
Location
I teach from a fantastic, fully equipped, air-conditioned studio in Pokesdown, Bournemouth, or alternatively I can come to you!
